Tate got referred by my realtor and we were in a situation that we needed approval immediately or we would lose the opportunity to go to contract on a house we had been looking for the past year. While still being very thorough and listening to a rather complicated scenario, he was able to quickly meet the deadline. He was with me each step of the way and was able to get us closed early to meet another deadline. While this caused a slight last minute snafu he went above and beyond to make that right so we closed as expected. His closing assistant, Andrea, is also 5 star and was communicative along the way. I could not have asked for a better experience and not only will I refer Tate and his team but I am sure I will use them again.
