I often heard "There's never been a closing that Tate's missed" and it couldn't be more true.. our closing process was tested, the underwriter had many questions in the 11th hour.. But Tate and his team came through and his streak is alive! We closed on time as originally promised and couldn't have been happier with The process in the end..
