I'm very pleased with my recent house purchasing experience! For starters, I was able to support practically the whole home buying process using my smartphone. No laptop or desktop computer was necessary which was great since they were not readily available to me. Also, most of the documention that I reviewed/coordinated on via smartphone had already been populated with my personal information that greatly minimized the work I had to perform. I simply needed to review the documentation and e-sign it where applicable. During the home buying process I was also kept informed of the current status of documentation and the way forward. Lastly, the team only had a couple of weeks until closing, a relatively tight timeline, but the team was able to meet that timeline with no problem whatsoever! I'm very appreciative of the incredible work provided by Tate Felts and Andrea Matthis and the rest of the team and will definitely recommend them to anyone I run across that is looking to purchase a home!!
