San Diego Bracken

From day one, the Bracken team was engaged, transparent and dedicated to helping us get our new home. They explained things when we had questions, they offered user-friendly charts and visual presentations and they were always prompt in returning our messages. They were great!

Brendan and his team (Ruth and Kayla) were fantastic to work with! They were great with communication and attention to detail throughout the entire transaction. They went above and beyond and were able to pro-actively problem solve to get us to the finish line so my client and his family could close on their new home on time. I highly recommend them!

Peoples Mortgage Company was AMAZING! Thorough in communication and always willing to listen and work with us on items that are not “standard.” Above and beyond in customer service! Would recommend Brendan, Ruth & team for all your mortgage needs.

Brendan is incredibly kind, down to earth, and knowledgeable about his business. He has great industry experience & I look forward to working with him again moving forward

Brendan is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely committed to helping people navigate the mortgage process. He is approachable, responsive, and takes the time to make sure people feel informed and supported. I would highly recommend connecting with him for your mortgage needs!

Brendan's team was very professional in how they handle the loan process. I recommend them if you are looking for a new loan.

Brendan serviced my mortgage loan in 2022. While that was an awesome experience, I STILL get follow up calls. He and his team check-in to see if I have any questions or needs and remain available. Such a small gesture that validates service is at the core of a transaction.

So amazing and helpful!

Amazing customer service. Very detailed, and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Would use Brendan Bracken and the Bracken team every time.

Where do I start? Buying a home or even thinking about starting the process, felt overwhelming. My realtor mentioned some county based programs, but I would have had to work with a lender I didn't know. The idea of sharing all my personal Information with a stranger over the phone just wasn't something I felt comfortable doing. Instead, I went back to the lender we worked we 10 years ago, when we purchased our 1st home. I remembered having a great experience, and to be honest. I trust both Brendan Bracken and the entire team when it comes to handling personal information and loans. From the very beginning, our initial conversation felt exactly like that, a conversation. They took the time to understand our goals, what we were thinking about, what we were looking for, and what our expectations were. There was absolutely no pressure, which immediately made me feel comfortable, informed, and confident about moving forward. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to helping us understand our options. They created multiple scenarios, at least eight different ones, and adjusted them throughout the process as our needs changed. Having those resources and visuals comparisons made a huge difference and helped us make informed decisions every step of the way. All I can say is that if we ever buy another house, I already know exactly where we will go. Thank you Brendan Bracken and team! - sincerely Lily Beltran Morris

Brendan and his team are simply amazing- from filling out the very first paperwork to the conclusion of the sale. They are very detail-oriented, responds promptly to questions and provides the buyer frequent updates to visually see where he or she is in the process. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I can't recommend Brendan and his team highly enough! They truly exceeded my expectations throughout the entire home-buying process. They took the time to understand our unique financial situation and presented us with a variety of financing options that were tailored to our needs. The entire team was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping us succeed. They answered all of our questions promptly and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Thank you Brendan!

Great team to work with! Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. The service was excellent, and overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality service.

Brenda Bracken and his team did a 5 star closing of the loan for the Buyer of my listing. I was the Listing Agent and was impressed by the speed that the Mortgage Lender was able to get the appraisal turned around and get the full underwriting approval. We closed on time which was greatly appreciated!

The Bracken team was very active and always willing to answer all of my questions. Overall had a great experience.

Great lending team! Best in SD

Brendan and his team are incredible resources, not only within their field, up and beyond your expectations as well. They go beyond their scope to make sure you have what you need to succeed in every way. I consider their team not only as a resource for lending, but as a trustworthy source for information as a whole. Hire them, you will never look back.

The Bracken Team are the best! They made buying my first house a breeze and I won't use anyone else moving forward. If you really want to know, I tried using my bank and it was such a pain. So glad my buddy recommended Brendan and Ruth. Never looked back.

Thanks for all the help! Look forward to doing more business down the road.

Brendan and his team are the best- knowledgeable, efficient and communicative. They do everything they can to secure a loan that works for you. Highly recommend!!

The Bracken team is truly a team. Brenden, Ruth and Beatrice worked together to effectively coordinate our loan closing. A schedule of events was created, and when each step was completed, we were updated and informed as to the next step. It’s comforting to work with competent honest people. I wish them all the best as they continue to successfully grow their exceptional business.

What a Great team! Follow up was great, keeping us informed of every step was great and the customer service is amazing!!!!

Brendan and his team handled the financing for one of my Homebuyer clients. They did an excellent job with offering a Fully Underwritten Loan Approval up front, rather than just a "PreApproval Letter". Brendan called the Listing Agent as we presented our offer, to ensure the Listing Agent chose our offer. Then, once in contract, the team sent out updates throughout the transaction. They did a great job helping my client get their home. Would work with them again!

Brendan, Ruth, and the entire team at Peoples Mortgage were a delight to work with! They are always available to answer any questions and go above-and-beyond to explain your mortgage and what they are doing to get you the best deal available to fit your needs. They have a fully integrated electronic system that makes completing tasks/reviewing/signing documents a breeze. I did shop around and their rates were competitive or better. I will definitely work with them again and will recommend them in the future. True customer service!

As a real estate broker who comes from a mortgage background, and who still occasionally executes loans for select client scenarios… Brendan and his Team are the people I go to when I cannot do a deal, or more specifically these days, when I cannot do a deal as competitively. Beyond great execution, Brendan’s proactive and relentless commitment to customer service is what separates his offering from so many other lenders I work with. Highly recommended. 11/24:25 update: Brendan and team just executed another loan for a client with the same great service and communication as always. A pleasure working together.

The Bracken team helped us tremendously in the purchase of our first home! Brendan and Ruth went above and beyond to walk us through the details that we didn't understand yet as first time home buyers. We are very grateful and would recommend them to anyone searching for a mortgage lender!

Thank you so much to an AMAZING Team!! Having gone through this process before I can’t tell you how seamless and efficient this experience has been for me with the Bracken Team. Brendan, Ruthie and Beatriz were so attentive and helpful, and yet as I am still new to this world of loans and funding, they helped educate me on many things I had questions on. Their patience and how everything was explained in regard to the loan, the rates, my options were beyond my expectations. Of course, there were times that I was worried or had fear because it is such a big purchase and doing this right at the elections … but all it literally took was a call they actually picked up the phone or a text and one of them called me back right away and walked me through any questions I had. I always felt secure and a peace-of-mind knowing I was in good hands and that they were doing everything they could to help me and my family achieve our dreams. Using the Peoples Mortgage app they have was the absolute best to upload docs and It was great to know what was needed and where we were in the process. And together with my realtor John Goga …we did it, we got the house!!! I truly feel this wouldn’t have happened without such dedicated people who actually care and take pride in helping others. Just weeks ago I was driving by this house with a For Sale sign on it, and now I am the proud owner! I felt the Bracken Team genuinely cared about me and wanted to see me get the property. Today is day 3 that I have the house and we’ve been cleaning it up and getting ready to move in and I am over-the-moon happy and so excited! If you want to work with great people, have a great experience- then work with the Bracken Team… call them today… they will work hard for you! (Photos are of the Realtor John Goga handing me the keys to the property, I can’t tell you how happy I was… what an amazing day!!)
