Where do I start? Buying a home or even thinking about starting the process, felt overwhelming. My realtor mentioned some county based programs, but I would have had to work with a lender I didn't know. The idea of sharing all my personal Information with a stranger over the phone just wasn't something I felt comfortable doing. Instead, I went back to the lender we worked we 10 years ago, when we purchased our 1st home. I remembered having a great experience, and to be honest. I trust both Brendan Bracken and the entire team when it comes to handling personal information and loans. From the very beginning, our initial conversation felt exactly like that, a conversation. They took the time to understand our goals, what we were thinking about, what we were looking for, and what our expectations were. There was absolutely no pressure, which immediately made me feel comfortable, informed, and confident about moving forward. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to helping us understand our options. They created multiple scenarios, at least eight different ones,and adjusted them throughout the process as our needs changed.
