Where do I start? Buying a home or even thinking about starting the process, felt overwhelming. My realtor mentioned some county based programs, but I would have had to work with a lender I didn't know. The idea of sharing all my personal Information with a stranger over the phone just wasn't something I felt comfortable doing. Instead, I went back to the lender we worked we 10 years ago, when we purchased our 1st home. I remembered having a great experience, and to be honest. I trust both Brendan Bracken and the entire team when it comes to handling personal information and loans. From the very beginning, our initial conversation felt exactly like that, a conversation.
