We knew chet 4 years ago when we first were looking to buy a house. The market had been spiking then and we were unable to find a house. Chet gave us amazing advise that positioned us perfectly to buy our current home. Chet was very patient and answered all of our questions (which were a ton)! He really made the process as easy as possible.
