We believe Mortgage Financing for Real Estate, integrates into a long term financial plan, which includes Tax Implications, that WE as advisors need to give guidance about, as well as point to useful resources and other experts like CPAs, Financial Planners, Attorneys, etc. Thanks for sharing your experience!
