Sofa and ottomans are well made. Delivery experience was exceptional. Kudos to that team. Would be helpful to include care and cleaning guide for the upholstery. Yes, it is available online, but a hard copy delivered with the furniture would be a plus.

Excellent sales staff and company stands by product when there is an issue such as a scratch or mar upon delivery.

Minut and the rest of the staff were amazing! They came out to our house several times to insure our new furniture, window treatments, and wallpaper were all perfect. They were present and helping every step of the way during the entire process insuring the desired results. Professional, knowledgeable, and attentive!!!

We worked with Tabbs Hamid who was great at advising us on patio furniture for our Florida house. We are having our outdoor area renovated but wanted to select furniture in PA so that we didn't have to try to find it in Fl when we are there in the winter. Tabbs helped us and Sheffield is holding the furniture until our lanai renovation is complete and then it will be delivered to FL. Someone already called me to discuss when we will be wanting it delivered.

Our designer, Holly Pringle, was very helpful right from the beginning assisting us to purchase a sofa for our living room followed by coming to our home to select coordinating fabrics for reupholstering five chairs. In addition she assisted with arrangements for refinishing the chairs that had been damaged in our move and with compiling the necessary facts for submitting our insurance claim. The entire staff at Sheffield’s were very helpful and everything was done on our requested time frame. THANK YOU!
