This was my first purchase from Sheffields. Overall I like the couch I selected but am extremely disappointed in the fabric, specifically the pilling that occurs. I would have never selected and paid $6k+ for this couch/fabric had I known the couch would require weekly shaving to look even somewhat decent. I feel like the sales individual I worked with wasn’t looking to ensure I was receiving quality but rather was saying anything she thought I wanted to hear in order to get a sale. Her original layout ideas for the room also didn’t make much sense space wise and I’m thankful we decided to go with our own idea. If I ever shop at Sheffields again, I will certainly ask for a different sales individual and will do a lot more research on any fabrics I’m selecting.
