Poor follow thru from sales representative…I had to make the call when date said recliner would be here passed…found date pushed way back & after call to sales manager the recliner delivered by time needed. Thank you to sales manager for saving day, but please don’t tell me something will be delivered in requested timeframe just to make the sale. Highly unlikely I will shop at Sheffield again.
