I have been seeing Dr. Arceo for a few years now via Telehealth appointments and have never been disappointed. Firstly, the receptionist staff always notify me of appointments and make it very easy to reschedule if needed. My appointments themself are quick and easy. I have been going to Dr.Areco for over a year now and he has tremendously helped me out. He takes time with you with each appointment and always makes sure that the medications your prescribed are still appropriate for your use or not. Dr. Mindy Worthington, Lillian, and Alyssa are amazing! They make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in their door…. They are professional, kind, patient, and compassionate. They definitely go above-and-beyond, and you can feel that they truly care about their job & helping others. Doctor Mindy Worthington took the time to understand what my needs were, as her patient…. She is so easy to talk too, and she gave me honest & helpful feedback. It really helps, as well, that culturally —— she understands where I’m coming from, and my familial-background, when I express my thoughts or concerns to her. I’m also a mom, so it helps a lot to be able to take, the little bit of time, during my appointments with Dr. Worthington……to focus on a little “Self Care.” With that in mind, as well, Doctor Worthington took the time & care, to prescribe medication that I felt safe & comfortable taking. I’ve had negative & unprofessional experiences with a physician, prior to finding Dr. Mindy Worthington….. So, it helps tremendously, that I am able to look forward too my appointments with Dr. Worthington, without experiencing anxiety. Lillian, Alyssa, and Dr. Mindy Worthington are absolutely amazing! It’s a hard truth to face when you have to admit that you need psychiatric services but they made me feel comfortable and accepted. Dr. Worthington is one of the easiest doctors to speak to about my psychiatric needs and mental illnesses. Although there seems to be a constant turnaround of dingdong’s in the front office that are incompetent at their jobs, Lillian and Alyssa always accomplish what needs to be done for their patients. If not, for the three of them, I would have moved on to a different psychiatric service clinic long ago.

I’ve been struggling a lot with my mental health and been wanting to kill myself and this office has done a lot for me. They’re very kind and very helpful and they do the best that they can to help me feel better about myself and I’ve made friends with all of them, and I love them all very much.

Dr. Arceo is an exceptional provider! He takes time to assess your needs and is very patient. He is caring and very thorough. He is knowledgeable about all new medications and willing to make changes when something isn't working. I have had a few doctors in Nevada and after 1 visit with prior doctors never went back totally not convinced. I have had an extremely long interview Dr here and he listed to every thing I said and continued to listen to me and it’s been 4 years. Always able to call me back and help with my questions at any time. The staff has also been top star which is important when looking for a doctor if the staff isn’t available you are always going to have a delay in your health care. But I would not recommend this office and doctor if it was not a 100% professional facility. Very caring and understanding for the patient. Dr. Arceo is an awesome practitioner who treats the bipolar disorder 2 condition that I have been diagnosed with along with , PTSD, anxiety and ADHD. He is reliable and knowledgeable and was the only one to finally get the combination of meds correct to truly help me! I am very thankful for his continued care.

Seen a lot of Dr's since I was diagnosed with bipolar, adhd and gad, few were good, most were bad, but Dr. Arceo is definitely the best so far. He's very knowledgeable and listens, and is the perfect Dr. for me cause he puts up with my tendency and need to experiment on my own a bit. My only complaint is that I have a hard time seeing him if I need to for short notice, he's always so busy that I can't get in the same day or 2.
