It is with great sadness to find out the sudden unexpected passing of Dr. Arceo. He truly was the most compassionate understanding doctor that I have ever had. He has changed and touched many lives through his practice. He will forever be missed and remembered. RIP Dr. Arceo. Fly high with the angels.
