I loved Dr. Arceo, he literally changed my life through the few years I was able to see him. His passing is devastating to me. The way the office handled things after the fact is what caused issues. I did not get notified of his passing until I called when he was an hour late for my virtual appointment. I have yet to be contacted about a new provider to set an appointment. I literally fell through the cracks with this office during this situation and it is rather unfortunate. I have to find a new provider, start my history all over and hope for the best with the medications I have been on.
