Smoothest refinance working with the best lender and his team! Paxton gets things done!!

Paxton and his team were amazing throughout our whole experience. He worked hand-in-hand with our real estate agent; Angel worked tirelessly to help me out with my VA loan where I wasn't able to get help dealing with the VA directly; communication was a constant with the whole team and I was never left in the dark with anything. Overall I just want to say thank you!

Painless, went as expected. No surprises

Kris was always available and professional

Kris was introduced to us by our Realtor and he jumped on our loan request and made it happen quickly and with great client communication. I would used him again for any further loan request. Scott

Kris gave us great service and always kept us informed throughout the process.

Kris was on top of everything when it came to squaring all the paperwork, he was very organized and always my advocate. I’m very grateful Kris was on my team. I closed in 1 month and probably closed even earlier. Thanks so much Kris.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Paxton for the incredible job he did helping me through my loan process. He went above and beyond- communicating with me daily, patiently answering every question I had, and breaking down complicated information in a way that was actually easy to understand. He did everything in his power to keep things moving quickly, and they did. On top of all that, he was friendly, approachable, and clearly on top of his game the entire time. I couldn’t have asked for better support…thank you, Paxton!

Paxton was so great and so knowledgeable about our refinance loan. He guided us every step of the way and the Peoples Mortgage app was so easy to use. Super simple loan to complete with a super awesome team helping us!

Paxton and his team went above and beyond. They were amazing to work with and just did a great job while around.

Paxton is fabulous with communication. He will keep you updated every step of the way.

Paxton was always pleasant, professional and available. He and his team made the whole process very easy.

Everything went smoothly and we closed early!!

Working with Paxton was great! He made everything easy and we are so grateful to be in our dream home.

Paxton made this entire process so Stress-free! I would recommend his service’s to anyone that is looking for a home and especially the first time buyers. I dealt with different lenders which was total chaos and a total nightmare for me so I was a little scared to take on a new lender, but I’ve heard so much great news from Paxton that I gave it a shot and man. It was the best decision I’ve ever made highly recommend 10 out of 10.

Kris Trosper was the best referral I have ever received! He was great to work with and let me know exactly what I needed to do along the way. Kris really seems to care about the people he works with, and I felt like he was doing the best (locking in the best rate) for me. He is so nice and it was such a pleasure being able to work with him. I will be happy to refer others to him and know they will have the same positive experience I had with Kris.

My loan had some complications, but Kris handled everything with ease. He pivoted quickly, stayed communicative, and got us across the finish line. Highly recommend.

Paxton handled our business in a professional manner, and with a personal touch. We most appreciated the open lines of communication and the personal attention Paxton brought to the process. Along with Angel, they guided us through a time consuming and detailed journey, which made the whole process seamless and even enjoyable.

Paxton always comes through at just the right time! He makes getting a home loan easy and stress free!

AMAZING! From start to closing, he was fantastic to work with. I hope he is still working when I buy again in many years.

Paxton has helped us with our home loan on several occasions. He is always friendly, helpful, and listens attentively. He returns texts and calls in a timely manner. Most importantly, Paxton has proven himself to be trustworthy, honest, and a man of integrity. We appreciate a young man with values!

This was mmy first loan experience with Paxton. You were prepared and did a wonderful job on this VA closing. Thank you so much for your diligence to getting the job done.

The best in the game

From start to finish Paxton took care of business! Great job!

Paxton is the best. There were a lot of hurdles we had to deal with to get to a successful end. Paxton didn't give up and was super good at communicating with myself and the others involved. I don't know if things would have worked out as well without his expertise..Thank you Paxton!

I have worked with Paxton before and he does an excellent job. The clients were first time homebuyers and Paxton helped them with their condo loan. I recommend him.

I worked with Paxton on my very first home purchase, and I couldn’t have wished for a better experience. He was proactive and forthcoming with information, and I very much appreciated him spending several hours during our first meeting going over the details of the process and the required documentation, as well as playing with the numbers to determine the best combination of downpayment / “points” / secondary loan / whatever other variables could make a difference. And he remained readily available throughout the whole process, even when a question would strike me at some odd hour well outside of business hours. I am very happy with the experience and will definitely be coming back for any future mortgage needs.

Very professional! They truly care about their customers. The communication and customer service was 10/10. I recommend them 100%!

Kris made this the easiest process we have ever had (this is purchase #12). He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and responsive!! We cannot say enough to indicate what a tremendous help he was in making sure that this purchase was easy and coordinated with the sale of our other house. We would not hesitate to use Kris for any future home purchase. Thanks Kris!!!

Working with this lender was a seamless. They kept all agents consistently informed, and ensured we never had to wonder where we were in the process. Their communication was top-notch, and their dedication got us confidently to the closing table. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a reliable, proactive lending partner!
