He was proactive and forthcoming with information, and I very much appreciated him spending several hours during our first meeting going over the details of the process and the required documentation, as well as playing with the numbers to determine the best combination of downpayment / “points” / secondary loan / whatever other variables could make a difference. And he remained readily available throughout the whole process, even when a question would strike me at some odd hour well outside of business hours.
