I cannot say enough wonderful things about Shonnie. We have worked together for years, and this most recent closing was another perfect example of why I trust her so much with my clients.
During this closing, we had an issue with electronic signatures on a document that absolutely had to be turned in that day. Shonnie was at dinner with her Corporate Boss, but instead of letting the problem wait until the next morning, she left dinner, met our buyer after hours, and personally got the document signed so we could keep everything moving.
That is dedication. That is caring about your client. And that is doing whatever it takes to get the job done.
Shonnie is knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and a true problem solver. When something comes up, she doesn’t just point out the problem — she starts looking for the solution.
As a Realtor, having a lender who cares about the transaction and the client as much as you do is priceless. I am incredibly thankful for Shonnie, for the years we have worked together, and especially for the extra effort she put into making this closing happen.
If you are looking for a lender who will truly go above and beyond, I could not recommend Shonnie more highly.
