Love love love Mrs Tanya. She let us knew upfront she would take care of us and she did just that. Definitely recommend. Mrs Tanya made the process so smooth and easy. I would recommend her over and over. Went up and beyond to get us closed in a timely fashion. If you don’t know where to start please reach out to her and the team because it was really a blessing working with her and the team.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Shonnie. We have worked together for years, and this most recent closing was another perfect example of why I trust her so much with my clients. During this closing, we had an issue with electronic signatures on a document that absolutely had to be turned in that day. Shonnie was at dinner with her Corporate Boss, but instead of letting the problem wait until the next morning, she left dinner, met our buyer after hours, and personally got the document signed so we could keep everything moving. That is dedication. That is caring about your client. And that is doing whatever it takes to get the job done. Shonnie is knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and a true problem solver. When something comes up, she doesn’t just point out the problem — she starts looking for the solution. As a Realtor, having a lender who cares about the transaction and the client as much as you do is priceless. I am incredibly thankful for Shonnie, for the years we have worked together, and especially for the extra effort she put into making this closing happen. If you are looking for a lender who will truly go above and beyond, I could not recommend Shonnie more highly.

Shonnie is a great person; this was my first home and I was confused and lost, and step by step she walked me through it, never hesitated to help out, and we closed on the house quickly. They worked night and day to make sure we got the house; I could not ask for better people.

She is thoughtful and walks you through every process with ease!! Goes above and beyond!! We are so thankful to Tanya for helping us get our forever home!! You’re a blessing to us!! Thanks so much, The Groover’s.

People mortgage was very helpful and patient with me and my wife. I am very thankful for them.

Tanya and all the rest of the people at People's mortgage were so nice and friendly, they really went above and beyond to help two old people navigate through all the necessary paperwork. They were always ready to help with anything, even if it didn't deal with the mortgage. I give Tanya and all the rest an A+++.

We had a very bad experience with a lender recently while trying to buy our beautiful forever home. Tanya and People’s Mortgage helped us pick back up and saved us thousands of dollars in lost time and investments and to close the deal. We are thankful to have people like Tanya in our new community. Can’t recommend enough. Thank you.

Shonnie McNeill was amazing! She knows her business, inside and out. And it was like working with an old friend. She helped with everything on my refinance of a rental property. She even ran buffer-zone when we hit divorce-related rough waters. Shonnie is a credit to her profession. I can't say enough! In fact, I'm about to buy another house. Guess who's helping me?
