Shanna and her team was nothing short of fantastic! The entire process was expedited with accuracy. I was receiving updates throughout the process and being made aware of every step. When I had questions and/or concerns Shanna and her team responded with lightening fast service. Never once did I feel uncomfortable throughout the process. Mortgage process can be daunting, but they made this seamless and as stress free as possible. The entire team was professional, patience, and well experienced, "a well oiled machine". Shanna was with us from "cradle to grave" during the process. She even was present at our closing to ensure the loop was close on the entire process.
