Wintrust Mortgage

Bill is both professional and very responsive. We felt supported and understood by him at every turn in our journey towards selling and buying. I can not recommend highly enough.

Bill was a great lender. Very thorough and clear on all aspects of the loan. Great experience dealing with Bill and Windtrust.

I have worked with Martin professionally on two successful transactions with buyers. I am real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway and very picky about the people I choose to work with. Martin is responsive, personable and willing to go the extra mile. It is not easy to find people like him who are great at what they do, at a solid company, and also good at finding solutions. My two clients were very, very happy with their experience.

Bill helped us with a tough mortgage loan situation. He listened to the situation, offered the options, communicated with us the entire process, and got the loan closed. We would recommend Bill for all mortgage loan needs, including new construction loans. Thank you Bill!

We had an excellent experience refinancing with Tom. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and made the process much easier than we expected. He took the time to answer our questions and helped us feel confident every step of the way.

I can’t say enough good things about Bill Katsoolias and the help he provided throughout our mortgage process with Wintrust. From the very beginning, Bill was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us navigate the process. He took the time to answer our questions, explain everything clearly, and guide us through each step. There were definitely moments when securing our mortgage felt uncertain, and I truly believe that without Bill’s insight, persistence, and guidance, we may not have been able to get our loan across the finish line. Buying a home is a huge milestone, and having someone you can trust in your corner makes all the difference. My family and I are incredibly grateful for everything Bill did to help make this possible. I would absolutely recommend Bill to anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cares about helping his clients succeed. Thank you, Bill, for helping us get into our new home!

Tom was fabulous! Very easy to get ahold of and an open communicator!

Bill Katsoolias is such professional! He was outstanding with our mortgage process! Answered all our questions and guided us through the process.

I would like to commend Martin for his fine job in helping me line up financing for my recent home purchase. From the time that we encountered each other in email, until my loan funded, Martin was on top of everything that I had to do. His wisdom was really helpful and he went to a lot of trouble to understand what my strategy was going to be in first purchasing a home and then selling the one that we were living in. I would recommend his assistance in negotiating all that is necessary in financing the purchase of a home.

Jennifer and her team couldn't have been more helpful in securing a mortgage for our new home. She was very responsive to all of our questions and guided us through the process with an experienced hand. Her communication was exceptional. We will be forever grateful that she was our loan officer. We cannot offer greater praise.

Jason was professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to my questions. He is definitely the best and I will use him on every home purchase.

Mark was amazing in helping us with the ins and outs of our Doctor Mortgage Loan. He was easy to get in touch with and, in our opinion, went above and beyond expectations to get everything finalized. Would definitely recommend Wintrust and Mark specifically for people looking for this type of mortgage program.
