As first time homebuyers, we had a million questions and not only did she take the time to answer every single one, she made us feel validated when we asked them. Sam went above and beyond expectations. For example when there were problems with the buyer closing because I had not vacated the home until 11 AM on closing day Sam came over and cleaned the house and helped me move. She was very responsive and answered all my questions within an hour. She always put forth a strong effort activities like walk-thrus home inspections etc. I highly recommend her and would not use anyone else for future business.

Sam was wonderful to work with from the start to the close of our home-buying process! As this is a very intimidating process, Sam was sure to make things a simple and smooth as possible. She easy-going and pleasant as we continued our few-month search and was able to connect us to properties that led us to our lovely new home! Additionally, each vendor that Sam referred us to has been excellent as well and that has taken a lot of stress off of my husband and I during our close and move. We had a great experience working with Sam. She was very accessible and made searching for a home out of state quite easy. Sam was able to work within our schedule considering my husband and my availability was limited. Any questions that we had, she responded to them in a timely manner and followed up with the individuals (contractors, lawyers, etc.) involved in the purchase of our second home. This made the whole process incredibly easy since we were not there to organize those things. We would definitely use Sam again whether it is to purchase or sell a home.

Without a question the best side of our home transition. Even while we experienced issues dealing with our selling agents in South Carolina, Sam was tenacious in pursuing them for all of our information and did everything humanly possible to make our closing a possibility. We can't give high enough praise, and whoever works with her in the future is set for easy sailing. If we ever move again in the future, we'll be looking her up with assistance with selling!
