We had a great experience working with Sam. She was very accessible and made searching for a home out of state quite easy. Sam was able to work within our schedule considering my husband and my availability was limited. Any questions that we had, she responded to them in a timely manner and followed up with the individuals (contractors, lawyers, etc.) involved in the purchase of our second home. This made the whole process incredibly easy since we were not there to organize those things. We would definitely use Sam again whether it is to purchase or sell a home.
