Sam was very resourceful and found a few mortgage companies that were able to service a loan for me. She forwarded me a list of home improvement vendor contacts for my new home and also referred me to her home security agency. She seemed to be very knowledgeable and well-connected. She was always willing to open her schedule to accommodate me and my family for walk-through, questions, or concerns.
