Eva has been amazing and a great joy to work with. I highly recommend to contact her to help with your home needs.

Don I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I didn’t know that I could be an investor and purchase an additional home until Don showed me thru it. He is GREAT at communication and takes care of everything. This home was a SHORT SALE and Don made it very easy to understand. I HIGHLY recommend Don!

Best realtor he showed the house and was very knowledgeable and thorough, I recommend him 100% as a first time home buyer

Don was an outstanding realtor and made our first home-buying experience simple, stress-free, and even fun. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and always took the time to answer our questions and guide us through each step of the process. His professionalism and positive attitude gave us confidence from start to finish. We truly appreciated his dedication and would highly recommend Don to anyone looking to buy a home.

We had a truly great experience working with you to purchase our home. From the very beginning to the final steps, you were patient, detail-oriented, and always supportive, helping us find the best options. Your quick responses, clear guidance, and consistent follow-ups made the entire process smooth and stress-free for us. We’re so happy we had this important experience with you and would highly recommend you to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you so much for all your hard work 🙏

She was very professional, patient, and always available to help throughout the process. I really appreciate all her support and highly recommend her.

Working with Teresa Wright was the best decision we made for our home-buying journey. We took on a very complex FHA Standard 203k renovation loan on a property with no working water or sewer and a massive $134,000 repair budget. When my first loan officer left the company, and we were assigned a new one, Teresa didn’t flinch. She helped me navigate a not-so-great lender swap mid-transaction to save the closing. Teresa was instrumental in coordinating between the HUD consultant, numerous budget changes, the vetting of General Contractors, and bringing up to speed the new lending team. She helped us manage significant 3 "Asking price changes" and complex Well and Septic documentation requirements that would have overwhelmed most agents. If you are looking for someone who stays calm under pressure and knows how to push a difficult deal across the finish line, look no further than Teresa Wright. We are now officially owners of a 4-bedroom equity powerhouse thanks to her incredible hard work and dedication!

Don Baker took care of me from the beginning to the end & although the process is over, Mr Baker & Mrs. Baker will forever be apart of our lives. They are genuine, clever & will make sure they place you in a home you have always dreamed of! Please let Mr. Baker help you find your new home!

Caesar is very detailed, knowledgeable, smart, approachable, grounding, and professional. He keeps you realistic and ensure your property is marketable. He is very informative with what is happening with your property. During our sale, he knew the property was very personal to me. He did not coddle me, but he listened to all my no’s, I ain’t doing thats, and I don’t cares. He addressed my concerns politely, then brought me back to earth - quickly. Thank you for being what we needed to get the job done. I appreciate you! THE BEST realtor is the entire United States of the Americas!

Caesar is all things realty. From preparing the home for sale to walking through the inspection to closing, he was the most important piece of the puzzle. He kept me focused. His expertise is paramount when selling your home. He keeps track of everything and keeps you aware of all aspects of the entire process. When you want everything to go right the first time, call the Caesar. He will not disappoint. Thank you for being the perfect we needed.

Don is absolutely superb! I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, patient, positive, transparent, hard-working realtor. He made what had been one of the most stressful times of my life, go more smoothly than I could have imagined. He’s my realtor FOR LIFE!!

Buying my first home seemed impossible, but working with Don Baker made it a wonderful experience. Don and his team were incredibly patient, efficient, reliable and knowledgeable, explaining each step of the process clearly. He really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect house within my budget. I especially appreciated his expertise and his negotiation skills in getting me a great price, his thoroughness in inspections, his responsiveness to my questions. I highly recommend Don Baker to anyone looking to buy a home!!!

Eva Habibi was fabulous in helping me sell my home. She was very motivated and helpful through the whole process, from staging and walking me through the process of selling to buyers with VA loans. She was transparent in her communication and she held Open Houses that she heavily advertised. I would definitely recommend Eva at Fathom. She is a hard working, motivated, professional agent.

Ira Caesar was very professional, knowledgeable of current real estate laws/changes, and keep us informed every step of the way to selling our home. It was a pleasure to have him working on our behalf. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED him to my friends and social media group!!!

She was very helpful and always available to answer questions and give good advice

Jason helped my wife and I buy our home. He helped us to narrow down what we were looking for, and was always friendly and responsive. I would recommend Jason if you are looking for a realtor.

Jason made the home buying process an absolute breeze. Extremely knowledgeable about the VA home loan process and took care of me every step of the way. As a first time home buyer he made the process feel effortless on my end. I can’t recommend Jason enough.

Eva did a great job selling our homes over the years. The last house sold within one week of listing. We highly recommend Eva ! John Pettinato

Eva was amazing to work with in the home buying process. With Eva we were able to find the home that we wanted within our price range in only a few weeks and she was able to help us structure a deal that avoided a bidding war even with multiple offers on the home. She was diligent in her research and takes the buyers parameters into consideration not showing homes that are over budget or under criteria. We would definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home in the DFW area.

Eva is very educated agent, and she drive the process smoothly and fast. She made a home buying a pleasure.

Jason’s professionalism and market expertise was evident from our first meeting. Throughout the process of selling our house, Jason’s proactive communication was pivotal. He promptly answered phone calls and emails, keeping us informed of every development. His ability to clearly explain complex contract details was particularly helpful. His efficiency and approach to selling was remarkable, leading to a very quick sale. Jason provided reliable advice, which was crucial during the closing stages, ensuring a smooth final transaction. We recommend Jason and if needed in the future, will choose him again.

I moved my business (and therefore myself) to Dallas last year and had little time to travel and tour available places. So I sent Eva a list with my few „must haves“ and some „nice to haves“ upfront and in one day she showed me a great selection in different neighborhoods she picked based on my conversation with her. I decided on a beautiful place that checked all of my boxes, was in my budget and in an awesome location. Eva took care of everything I needed to submit and fill out before I even moved and she was always on point and super responsive. Moving to a new state with no contacts there is challenging, and she made it as smooth as possible. I would work with her again for sure.

It was great working with Eva for our first home purchase. She was very patient with us and always provided her valuable insights to help us find best home for our family. Thank you Eva.

Working with Teresa was a fantastic experience. She is a trustworthy realtor with a deep understanding of the industry, guiding you towards the best decisions and offering valuable advice.

Don was the listing agent on a property I had a buyer for. He was very responsive and worked to get the transaction done. I would absolutely want to work with him on another.

Don was wonderful to work with. He was personable, knowledgeable and patient. Because we live in another state, our situation was particularly challenging. Don went above and beyond in helping to get the house ready for market and in finding ways to make the house more marketable. We are grateful for his guidance during the entire process.

We worked with Don when we bought our house and also when we sold and both were an excellent experience. He is a professional at what he does and is very knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with.

This is long overdue. I had a lake lot at Lake Whitney. I hadn't been to the lot in many, many years. I called Don, who had handled the sale & purchase of another house for my son, & asked if he would try to sell the lot for me. He took on the job. He had to go above the call of duty. Just to put his sign on the lot he had to put on his snake boots & cutting tools to clear a spot. We settled on a price & he worked diligently to show the uncleaned lot to prospected buyers & didn't settle until he found one that met our price. He handled all paperwork & legal language very professionally. I was very please with the way he broke things down for me as I am not very legal or tech savvy. I would highly recommend Don to handle the sale or purchase of any property. He is fair & honest & works for his clients. Thank you Don.

Teresa made the process as stress-free as possible. What I appreciate the most is the way Teresa leads the process and still isn’t pushy or aggressive; she asserts herself at the appropriate times, which helps the buyer feel supported. I would work with her again without a doubt and recommend her to anyone purchasing or selling a home!

Jason helped me buy some land and he is absolutely amazing to work with. My parents, brother, and me have all worked with Jason on different real estate dealings and he is a great agent and wonderful resource. Jason is the only person in this area I'd go to!

Jason is amazing. As first time home buyers, we had no idea what we were doing or what to expect. Jason walked us through every step. He was always available to answer our questions. No question was ever dumb or repetitive in his eyes. He had our best interest in mind from the beginning. Makes us even happier to know that he's here to stay! Thank you for everything Jason!!

My husband and I purchased our first home with the help of Jason and we had the best experience! Jason really went beyond with helping us get everything situated and ready for our first home. Jason was easy to reach out too and was there when we needed help with our questions. He was also very informative and was always one step ahead of things we needed to get done to help us out. I truly recommend Jason as a realtor, not just for first time home buyers but also in general. Working with him during this process made things go by so smoothly. Jason is very kind and easy going, the type of person that you know will try their hardest to make your house dreams come true and for that I’ll always be grateful that Jason help my husband and I purchase our first home.

Jason was very attentive to all our needs/questions throughout our home purchase. He was professional and caring. Top notch Realtor!!

Ira Caesar is the best realtor to help you find the home you are looking for. I highly recommend Ira, he's dedicated and patient. We now have the keys to our home because of Ira's knowledge, skills and professionalism.

Teresa was great communicator, kept me informed and her transaction coordinator was great as well.

Thank you so much Eva for helping us find our dream home. This is our first home and we were not having any experience in real estate. Your proactive approach and expertise in the field helped us a lot get the right home. Appreciate the time you took to go into details over everything and helped us in putting the right offer, all negotiations and finally getting the closing done. Thanks again for all that you did.

Got the job done very quickly. This was a messy settlement property sell and Jason was experienced in handling this type of situation. Impressive to say the least. House was on the market for less than 3 days and it was an unfinished renovation, so he really had his work cut out for him. My sincere thanks to Jason for making this process less grueling, I really appreciate it.

Provided step by step coordinating with the opposing Realtor, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous!

Made the process easy for a first-time home buyer!

Don was incredibly quick to line up a large selection of homes within our budget to view. He was always available to talk, answer questions, or address our concerns. Once we found and purchased our new home, Don continued to offer local support well after we were settled in. Don also helped us out with the sale of the home we left. He managed to get multiple viewings and a great offer within a couple weeks during a time of market uncertainty and volatility. We weren't just another customer, but made to feel like we had a friend. Thanks for all the hard work, long hours, and relentless pursuit to fulfill our dream home!

Bruce helped us sell our family farm after the passing of our Mother. Bruce went above and beyond to list and show the property. Not many Realtors would put on their boots and walk the nearly 100 acres but Bruce did. He became uniquely familiar with the property and could communicate the advantages the property had to offer. Bruce found the right Buyer and assisted us through every step to close the deal. Thank you Bruce.

Don was extremely helpful as we moved to an area that we knew little about. He was patient, answered all our questions, and responded promptly when we identified properties we wanted to see. I can recommend Don without reservation!

Jason was wonderful to work with. He listened to our needs and found the perfect home for us and my horses. Jason will always be our realtor.

Our overall experience was wonderful from beginning to end Teresa and staff especially Cherry were very helpful and answered every question we had. Told us what was to be expected and made sure we were in the know on everything once again Thank you Thank you Thank you for everything.

Don Baker was just great! He was beyond helpful, knowledgeable, patient and made me and my husband’s first time home buying super fun and easy. Him and Victoria make a great team and are transparent with all your options on buying a home. They put their customer’s interests before theirs and make sure you are getting the best deal out there. Would 100% recommend them to friends, family… everyone!

Teresa was Great!! We started with another realtor that we were not happy with at all and once we let her go was referred to Teresa. She sent us houses through the portal weekly, sometimes daily reaching out about new houses and checked in with us all the time! We couldn't have asked for a better agent!

Sara was wonderful, she made the process so much less stressful! It was a pleasure working with her!

Loved working with Patricia very understanding and patient you really felt like she genuinely cared about the home buyer

Miles is great! Very responsive and easy to work with.

Very professional, courteous and well educated on the real estate procedures for rental property sales. I really don't know what we would've done without your help and expertise.

Communication is the key to a good realtor, Miles did just this ! He communicated to all of the owners of properties he was selling . Very professional in his approach.

Miles is very professional and works diligently to find the best option house. We had an issue with closing and parties being available and Miles helped handle the situation to get our home bought in our time frame. Miles was great at listing our old house and worked to get us the best possible sale price. Second time buying with him, first time selling, I will definitely be working with him in the future on all our realty needs.

Patricia was wonderful to work with and very organized through the entire process! Highly recommend her!

Thank you Brittany for working with me and getting me into my first home. You where patient and worked with my hours to fine me my house. So thank you very much

Lucy and Scott were amazing. With the way the house hunting is right now with houses going so quickly we found a game plan that worked and it was successful. I would recommend Lucy Santoya Rowdon to anyone I know.

Linsey helped my husband and i get a great property in Graham over a year ago, so when we found ourselves in the market again, it was a no-brainer! We wanted Linsey! She is the hardest working realtor we've ever worked with, and she's super personable and kind as well. We will always use Linsey for any real estate purchases we make in the future!

Stephen was a great help in selling a home that I was the trustee for. He guided me with his contacts for staging the home and providing market data that helped lead to a quick sale. The home sold in 3 days and 3 weeks later it closed! I highly recommend Stephen and his team of professionals that he uses in his real estate business!

Pat is delightful, exciting, and fun to work with. She is very knowledgeable about neighborhoods and how to proceed with the real estate transaction on any given house. She will do whatever it takes to make a deal go through. She is always able to explain anything we don't understand. We definitely recommend her.

Patricia was very patient and attentive with us during our search for property. She went above and beyond, taking photos for us, showing us property via FaceTime, and doing lots of research for us to help find our property.

Will definitely use again.

Am so delighted by the service Mrs. James provide that my wife and I constantly brag about her to friends and associates. She is tough, professional, smart. We still call her for advice on issues or upgrades to our property. Highly recommend this lady!!!

Rochelle was absolutely amazing. We were extremely fortunate to have her represent us.

Tricia is the best Realtor and always goes the extra mile. I've had the pleasure of working with Tricia for years. She is adept at both, the buying and selling side of the real estate transaction. Her knowledge and connections have landed many of her clients opportunities on homes in this tough market they would not have had with other Agents. Sometimes, even before they go to market. Tricia is what I call a "10" in the profession of Real Estate. There are many options, but when staring at a sea of faces and names and thinking about chancing such a large decision, take my advice and talk with her about your needs and goals. She will surprise you with her responsiveness and her willingness to let you direct while offering up suggestions to make your path smoother, more predictable and more profitable. Buying and selling a house is an emotional and a major thing. We do it only a few times in our lives. In order to get it right, I will say it again. Tricia is the best!

Thank you for responding so quickly to my interest in finding a home in east Texas. So happy we found exactly what I was looking for and how quickly we got to see it. They go quick in this market. Enjoyed our time together. It was like hanging out with a dear friend.

I can't say enough good about Tricia. I bought my home after living in my previous one for 38 years. Needless to say, I needed some guidance with my new purchase. Her understanding, and integrity gave me a level of comfort, unmatched in this day and time. I would recommend her to any of my friends needing help with their next home purchase! You can't be disappointed in the level of commitment and professionalism she offers.

Tricia is a down to earth realtor who will give her honest opinion about both listing your home and purchases a new home. She will help research taxes, and other pertinent information about the area you are searching in to help you make an educated decision in your purchase. She is very responsive to your calls, texts or emails. Great to work with!!!

Patricia was great. First mobile home customer she served and had to learn allot and came out on top. I appreciate her very much.

This experience was our sixth buying and selling a home. Lucie is the most attentive, knowledgeable, and conscientious realtor we have ever had. She is available seven days a week to her clients, and responds almost instantly when contacted with ANY question or concern. One could be fooled by her cute, sweet demeanor, as she is kind, gracious, and people oriented; make no mistake, when Lucie works for you, she is relentless on your behalf as her client! She anticipated things on both ends of this purchase/sale that we never would have considered, and negotiated them in our best interest. She has a knack for making her client feel like a personal friend whom she is helping. We so appreciate all of your hard work for us, Lucie. Thank you. We will recommend you to everyone we know.

Patricia is a great agent. She went above & beyond the call of duty!

Linsey did an outstanding and professional job selling our home. We had an offer 24 hours after it was listed. She suggested things to be done and we listen! Very easy to work with! If you want the job done the right way, then Linsey is your realtor. Thanks, Linsey :)

Jeannie is the BEST Realtor in Southern California! She was very patient with my husband and I in looking for the right home. We had a hiccup with our loan officer originally and she directed me to the right lender to help us save money. She was very informative and super responsive during the whole process. Her knowledge and expertise put me at ease! I hands down recommend Jeannie Pecaro for any real estate needs.
