This is long overdue. I had a lake lot at Lake Whitney. I hadn't been to the lot in many, many years. I called Don, who had handled the sale & purchase of another house for my son, & asked if he would try to sell the lot for me. He took on the job. He had to go above the call of duty. Just to put his sign on the lot he had to put on his snake boots & cutting tools to clear a spot. We settled on a price & he worked diligently to show the uncleaned lot to prospected buyers & didn't settle until he found one that met our price. He handled all paperwork & legal language very professionally. I was very please with the way he broke things down for me as I am not very legal or tech savvy.
