I moved my business (and therefore myself) to Dallas last year and had little time to travel and tour available places. So I sent Eva a list with my few „must haves“ and some „nice to haves“ upfront and in one day she showed me a great selection in different neighborhoods she picked based on my conversation with her. I decided on a beautiful place that checked all of my boxes, was in my budget and in an awesome location. Eva took care of everything I needed to submit and fill out before I even moved and she was always on point and super responsive. Moving to a new state with no contacts there is challenging, and she made it as smooth as possible. I would work with her again for sure.
