Lia and Ryan are both phenomenal people. I first met them in 2021 when I moved to Yakima. They were the sellers of the home I purchased, so I didn't work with them directly on that property, but when I moved in, I got the keys from them. They unselfishly offered to help with anything house related, should the need arise. Over the years we talked about real estate and I realized they are extremely knowledgeable, very trustworthy and easy going, so when I decided to purchase a property on the West side, I knew these were my people. They are very responsive in their communication, very professional, they negotiated on my behalf very well, I felt safe in their hands. In addition, Ryan is highly skilled in carpentry and anything house building related, so he can spot an issue easily. They are also very well connected with associates, so if I need a plumber, or a painter, or a mover, they know the right people. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property. Or anyone who needs a couple of awesome people in their life.

These 2 realtors went way above and beyond the typical service provided in their profession. I needed extra help and they were a phone call away. Response time was exceptional. They shared skills that took care of every issue I had (fixing doorknobs, moving heavy items, hanging light fixture). Both are very personable and made me feel I was their priority. They are true professionals.

Ryan & Lia were the right choice for us. We knew lots of agents in town and it was hard to make a decision in whom to use? Lia prepared us in knowing their process, including getting the yard ready, staging, cleaning, and getting it out on the market immediately. Ryan knew that there were a few things that needed attention; seismic straps, outlets, leaking faucets, hot water tank overflow line, etc. He took care of those items for us and did a great quality job. Highly recommended is all we can say.
