Lia and Ryan are both phenomenal people. I first met them in 2021 when I moved to Yakima. They were the sellers of the home I purchased, so I didn't work with them directly on that property, but when I moved in, I got the keys from them. They unselfishly offered to help with anything house related, should the need arise. Over the years we talked about real estate and I realized they are extremely knowledgeable, very trustworthy and easy going, so when I decided to purchase a property on the West side, I knew these were my people. They are very responsive in their communication, very professional, they negotiated on my behalf very well, I felt safe in their hands. In addition, Ryan is highly skilled in carpentry and anything house building related, so he can spot an issue easily. They are also very well connected with associates, so if I need a plumber, or a painter, or a mover, they know the right people. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property. Or anyone who needs a couple of awesome people in their life.
