I am not big on writing reviews whether for great service or a terrible interaction. My recent experience with Diane Stein was so stellar that I’ve been moved to share my sincere thanks to her and appreciation to the Southern Trust Mortgage team. When I contacted Diane, I was drowning in debt. She listened intently with care, concern and most importantly, she was comforting. My anxiety was immediately allayed and I knew I was in great hands. Diane is smart, asks the right questions (things I never considered!) and does what she says she will. She ensured I was crystal clear on every step of the process as it went along, no question was a bad question no matter how many times and in different ways I asked it. The process to refinance my dream home was quick, seamless and best of all, changed my life. I’m no longer suffocated by my finances. I’m so grateful to have had Diane in my corner as I navigated this path.
