Diane was amazing, even from our first conversation. She always made me feel like I was her only client. She was always available, made time for my questions and answered them quickly. I always felt like she had my back. Even when I changed loan types right before closing she gracefully handled it, made the changes didn’t seem annoyed at all. Also, her team was amazing. Our closing attorney was even impressed with the whole organization and we were all impressed with how little paperwork work we had to sign.
