I am a first-time homebuyer. From the begging of the process to the end Scott was there every step of the way. Every question I had was important to him, he wanted me to be as knowledgeable as possible going through this process. Whether it was a call at 9am on a Monday or 7pm on a Saturday for a weird email or a step I didn't understand Scott was there to answer. I like to have everything in order and be prepared, so anything that came up in the process or even before getting prequalified that I didn't understand or wanted better knowledge about Scott provided.
