The office staff was very accommodating, both signing in and then checking out. Dr Archilla has a very busy practice, however, he took the time to explain the diagnosis and the treatment. He was very informative and knowledgeable. There was no time that I felt that I was being rushed out the door, the Dr answered my questions and explained what I needed to know.
