Kenny Cunningham is an outstanding realtor agent. He spent hours answering my questions, Kenny made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give me staging tips, having photographs taken, and a lot more. He was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us, from the purchase and construction of my new house. Kenny continues to be reliable and available after the purchase of my new home helping with any concern I come across. I honestly can't think of anything that he could have done differently or better for me. I now consider Kenny a friend and would highly recommend him to anyone that is searching for a new home.
