We were so happy to find our first home through Fathom Realty. Our realtor, Deb Gartner, went above and beyond to help us find the perfect house to call a home. Not only was she available morning or night for any question or concerns we had, she also scheduled our requests as soon as possible, which is a huge advantage in this hot market. She also pointed out certain features that could make or break our decisions that we would have never considered had it not been for her, such as bathroom size and layout for bathing our 1 year old daughter. Lauren Storm also helped make our purchasing process a smooth and successful one. We couldn’t imagine doing it without either of them. If/when we are hunting for home #2, we will be calling Deb and referring her to any friends or family!
