Deb did a fantastic job. First she helped with getting our home "show worthy" by suggesting things that we move and even bringing some staging items. When she was done our house looked like it belonged on the cover of a magazine. She kept things moving forward when the buying agent was failing to move things forward. We got the Home Town Hero discount which was super generous. She was always available when we had questions or concerns. She also hooked us up with a great agent in another state far away to assist with our retirement home search. You will not be disappointed with Deb as your selling or buying agent.

We were so happy to find our first home through Fathom Realty. Our realtor, Deb Gartner, went above and beyond to help us find the perfect house to call a home. Not only was she available morning or night for any question or concerns we had, she also scheduled our requests as soon as possible, which is a huge advantage in this hot market. She also pointed out certain features that could make or break our decisions that we would have never considered had it not been for her, such as bathroom size and layout for bathing our 1 year old daughter. Lauren Storm also helped make our purchasing process a smooth and successful one. We couldn’t imagine doing it without either of them. If/when we are hunting for home #2, we will be calling Deb and referring her to any friends or family!

Deb was wonderful to work with! She was honest, motivated and straightforward when it came to the sale of our condo. She was eager to help us list the condo, and gave us great suggestions for improvements to increase our prospective buyers interest. The condo was listed as a "Coming Soon" the same day we signed a contract with her. Within the first 24-48 hrs she was receiving interest from other agents and already had requests for showings. Within three days of the sale listing we had an offer, and two weeks later we settled. Deb made the process seamless!

Deb is great!! She has lived in the area a long time so when I asked if a certain house had shopping, etc. she was able to tell me what stores were around and how many miles away they were. She took into consideration every single detail I was looking for in a home as well as the surrounding areas as far as safety. She got back to me very quickly on any questions I had.
