Some staff is awesome amd friendly and very welcoming, then you have other staff that are not so nice this last visit I was not happy with the way some staff members talked and treated my dog and my self. I got scolded for my dog walking into her room on her own without out a lease I didnt know the rule and while I understand which it wasn't explained but common sense for the safety of others pets and people as well as my dog I should if thought of that it was a way to say that instead of yell at me down the hall in a very rude way. I am now looking for a new vet because It was humiliating and down right degrading. The vet Dr Gina Han was very nice to my fur baby and myself.
