Dr rice has been my kitty's Doctor for a long time ,bot 12ish + years . He is very passionate and caring and very knowledgeable about his work an so is his wife . The team that assist day to day are also passionate and knowledgeable and kind and friendly. I couldn't ask for anything any better , Noah's ark in springdale hopefully appreciate all of them cause I sure do , And my kitty feels same way also just ask him ,( except for the ride there ). I had to ask a couple of times about one particular medication information, but I had a response within five minutes after I left this location. Very quick response.!

It was good visit. They kept it as low stress as possible for my 17 year old cat. I appreciate that you made it easy for her.

Best vet office I have ever been to. Staff is so friendly. Vet doesn't make you feel rushed and answers all questions. You can tell the staff truly loves their furry patients.

It would be nice if the staff would introduce themselves when then enter the room. Even the vet didn’t tell me her name. Other than that, this location is the best!!!

The entire team at Springdale is always friendly and helpful. They are compassionate and patient each time I’m there. The visits don’t feel rushed and the communication is spot on. I feel like my dogs have their complete attention for anything from a nail trim to something more serious.
