All they were concerned about was money. That's all the kept talking about with judgment and ZERO compassion. My Bob SCREAMED when Darrel held him down and said "Don't fight it," while simultaneously giving him a shot, drawing blood and giving him Subq fluids which they said was an IV. He was in shock and almost passed out!!!! He was only 6lbs. I was THERE and asked, is he still breathing. My Bob was suffering and now looking back I never knew to ask for pain medicine. I had to do an emergency euthanasia with another clinic who was merciful and helped us financially, they weren't going to make us bury him in the rain yesterday. I can't believe how insensitive this clinic has become after being a LOYAL customer over 20 years!!! I'm traumatized by the visual torture I witnessed my cat endured and NO PAIN MEDS WERE OFFERED!!! Both Dr Rein and Dr Coleman were inherently cold towards me, and shamed me in my time of crisis! Bob meant everything to me!!! Shame on Dr Coleman especially!
