Noah's Ark, especially the Springdale location, is exceptional. Absolutely wonder staff, and Dr. Rice is awesome. Love this team. Thank you very much for all you've continued to do in taking care of our girl.

Very pleasant visit.

Both the ladies at the desk were absolutely amazing and so sweet. The two younger ladies that was taking Cole and Cruz’s temperature and getting all the information put in was super sweet. The doctor was the best. And the lady who did their shots and blood work was super great! Over all we had a great experience.

The online system has its flaws. It wouldn't hurt to actually have a person to call you to confirm your appointment and remind you of the rabies vaccination I put in one digit wrong in my phone number in the online system and had to keep calling during a 3 and 1/2 hour period and be put on hold to figure out what my place was in line. Then when we finally got to the counter, I was told I had to have proof of rabies vaccination This is not an ideal process and probably leads to a lot of frustration. It's not the staff's fault. But there has to be a better system

I know when I bring my dog in you’ll take care of it

Dr. Tate is so caring and concerned about my small dog that she called me to see how she was doing. She also updated her medication to hopefully omit her problem.

Always a good visit with Dr. Han. She's kind, considerate and very thorough in her exam of my dog and reviewing her findings with me.

I have an exotic animal and I was contacted when I should arrive rather than the normal waitlist after I just put upon it. So I didn’t have any needless wait time. The doctor listened to my concerns and even moved up some optional care at my request.

My visit was urgent and everyone was so nice it calmed me. I am very happy that they cared for Kitty so wonderfully.

Excellent from the phone call the gentleman was kind and professional he even gave me a guesstimate of possible price worst case I really appreciate that the young lady who checked me in was pleasant and helpful with Tory and the vet who clearly knew I was upset and concerned, she laid everything out for me giving me the best option I could afford she was Amazing and

Had as little trouble getting on the waiting list via my phone. I’ve registered via phone many times in the past but this time had to call the office.

You all are amazing , this was my dogs first visit and you were really well with him , even tho he was scared and full of anxiety.

The entire team at Springdale is always friendly and helpful. They are compassionate and patient each time I’m there. The visits don’t feel rushed and the communication is spot on. I feel like my dogs have their complete attention for anything from a nail trim to something more serious.

Our girl got attacked by another dog and is usually so spunky but was extremely scared. Techs did an incredible job with her and were kind and empathetic. Dr. Khan was very informative and kind to our sweet girl!

Every staff members from checking in to our visit to checking out was caring and loving to our dog. They were very gentle and listened to our concerns. Dr. Hird was very caring and gentle. Dr. Hird explained everything in great detail regarding our visit. I highly recommend Noah's Ark.
