The first girl we saw was super nice and was asking questions about our cat. The doctor was thorough with his exam. But after that there was no communication with the exam, no communication with what exactly is wrong with our cat. We were told he had worms, and then the girl rushed out of there so fast that we couldn’t even ask questions about what to do next. She was not helpful at all. Was told tapeworms we would be able to see but we haven’t seen anything and the doctor didn’t see anything either. Yet the girl came in and said he had tapeworms and then immediately left the room. They also shaved his face due to him having a scratch and he is now bleeding. Do not recommend.
