The underwriters had some degree of conflicting requests. My loan agent, Mike was phenomenal. However, I do think that some of the staff were not as punctual or concise about what was needed. I felt as though I had to explain the same thing several times and provide multiple copies of the same documents. Overall excellent rate (purchased down with points!) but still better than the average market.
