The underwriters had some degree of conflicting requests. My loan agent, Mike was phenomenal. However, I do think that some of the staff were not as punctual or concise about what was needed. I felt as though I had to explain the same thing several times and provide multiple copies of the same documents. Overall excellent rate (purchased down with points!) but still better than the average market.

No way can I write a short review...not for the G.O.A.T. Michael Greenlick is a Godsend...literally, literally. He held my hands from the beginning of the process. Even when I felt like giving up, during times of frustration, he literally gently walked me through. He is the G.O.A.T. My Godsend. He should be teaching loan classes. He makes it happen. Thank you Michael, you're the best. May God continue to bless and keep you. I love you for everything which you have done for me. Oh...And to add...he is very quick. Wish that I could keep writing.
