Mike was a great partner, and particularly skilled in responsive customer service. He was able to get us by far the most competitive rate and loan features, but what made him stand out was his relentless efforts to keep us informed about the progress of our loan. Mike deserves top marks. The reason for the 4-star rating (instead of 5) is the length of the loan process. I'm guessing this was out of Mike's control - his company simply needs to hire more support staff to help move these things along. But the entire process ended up taking close to 6 months, and that long of a delay ends up costing us money and costing us points on our credit score (because of the multiple times our credit had to be run). So we can't give a perfect score.
