Many times communications is an issue. We send stuff maybe once and others multiple times. I felt Mark was quite the charmer. He mentioned he’d be there for us any time and impressed us with his salesman like spiel and he was quite effective at capturing our business which is why we went with Peoples Mortgage. However once we were at the point of no return, it appeared to us that his enthusiasm waned. We had multiple problems with the On Line Notary causing us to close a day late. It finally was done but Mark was not helpful in the process and it seemed he was no longer interested in helping us. In the end People’s Mortgage sold the loan within days after our closing. I would not recommend.
