I like working with Brian because he is straightforward and trustworthy. He was not necessarily the absolute best rate, but I enjoy working with him and trust him and that is worth more than an 1/8th of a point for me. He is incredibly responsive and doesn't hide costs in numerous ways that lenders tend to do. He guided me through the closing process and even now continues to be responsive to any questions I have. I highly recommend him.
