Michael was thoughtful, patient & responsive throughout our entire refi process. He is well-informed and knows what he's talking about and was able to give us sound advice whenever we asked or didn't understand something. It also helped that he got us a lower rate than anywhere else we looked! Overall it was a great experience - highly recommended.
