Due to the lack of experience the young lady had that brought us to our visit room, we had a bad experience. Our dog was extremely nervous so he began to growl a little as she attempted to get a temp out of both of his ears instead of recognizing how our doggy was reacting and stopping to get a mussel. As a result he snapped once. She left the exam room and told the Vet that our dog tried to bite her multiple times. We do understand that one time is enough it's just how she presented the false narrative made the Vet come into the room defending her instead of getting the truth. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. This has never happened to us before as long as we've been coming to Noah's Ark.
