He really took the time to make sure I got the loan that best suited my needs / downpayment ability, searching for grants and other programs to help me get the most value possible. As a first time home buyer- in the middle of a global pandemic, so no face-to-face meeting- I appreciated that he took the time to make sure I understood the entire process and answer all of my stupid questions (of which there were many). In the 2-3 weeks before closing, I lost 2 family members and spent a good deal of time out of town.
