Quick and easy

We were in excellent hands when building our new home. Trey made sure we had everything we needed and worked diligently at getting us a decent interest rate at a time when interest rates were climbing daily. He responded quickly to emails and called us at a time that was convenient for us, even while he was on vacation! The app made it easy to send in everything they needed for underwriting. We were approved months before the house was even complete. The closing was quick and easy and there were no surprises.

Trey and his team were very easy to work with from start to finish. They were easily accessible for questions, sent very frequent updates on rates/payment outlooks, utilized electronic submissions and signatures on documents, and were extremely kind and professional. I can’t say enough GREAT things about Trey and the Southern Trust Mortgage team. He really took the time to make sure I got the loan that best suited my needs / downpayment ability, searching for grants and other programs to help me get the most value possible. As a first time home buyer- in the middle of a global pandemic, so no face-to-face meeting- I appreciated that he took the time to make sure I understood the entire process and answer all of my stupid questions (of which there were many).
