Arceo, who in fact is not a doctor committed medical malpractice on me, falsified my records, and was prescribing controlled substances via the phone when he had never met me in person. I went to him for help with depression and he ruined my life. I will be reporting him to the nursing board and you should too. I have been told by 3 actual MD psychiatrists and 2 lawyers he is blatantly committing malpractice.
