They were very nice and helpful. was having trouble finding an internet provider for the rural area that I was moving to. I had to contact you several times before I was able to get what information I needed. I would have liked to have had all of my options broadband, satellite, and wireless all at one time so that I could choose from them. I had to ask for options from each category every time I called. I had to do a lot of research myself. I would have liked to have had all of my options up front at first so I could make a decision faster and more easily.
