West Chester Noahs Ark is full of people who take great care to do the best for your pets. When you first arrive, there are really kind people who greet you and check you in kindly and professionally like Miss Yareli. Then the support staff, such as Miss Marcella, go over with you what your concerns are for your pet. They listen to you and prep you for the doctor coming in. She interacted with our baby Pops with kindness and in a lovely voice, super nice. Then Dr Todd comes in for your visit, Pops only sees Dr Todd. He is truly one of the most intelligent, knowledgeable, empathetic and kind person that we have ever met. He helps us tailor Pops health plan to his needs. He listens, interacts and offers suggestions based on us all brainstorming on what Pops needs. We have been seeing him for almost three years and he never disappoints. Having a senior dog can be a tricky journey and Dr Todd is the best person to lead it. Recently Pops had a cyst removal scheduled with Dr Todd. Dr Todd wasn’t feeling his absolute best but he came to work anyway to do the procedure for Pops. This young man is a true blessing from God and He placed Dr Todd in our lives to help Pops have his best life and we are very grateful to Dr Todd and Noah’s Ark.
